1. Things You CANNOT Do
To keep our service safe and reliable for everyone, you agree NOT to use SmartEmailVerifier for:
- Sending Spam or helping others send Spam
- Checking email lists that were stolen or scraped
- Breaking any privacy laws (like GDPR or CAN-SPAM)
- Spreading computer viruses or bad code
- Trying to crash our system or slow it down for others
2. List Quality
We may close your account if you try to check lists that are full of "fake" emails or "honey traps". This is to protect the reputation of our tool and our users.
3. API Rules
If you use our API, you must follow our speed limits. Do not share your private keys with anyone else.
4. What happens if you break the rules?
