This agreement (DPA) is a contract between SmartEmailVerifier (the "Processor") and you (the "Controller"). it explains how we handle the personal data you give us to check.
1. Simple Definitions
Personal DataAny information from your email lists that can identify a real person.
ProcessingWhen we check your list to see if the emails are real and active.
2. Our Promises to You
1. Following Orders
We only check the emails that you tell us to check. We don't do anything else with them.
2. Keeping Data Safe
We use high-security tools to make sure your data is protected while it's being checked.
3. Trustworthy Team
Everyone at our company who sees the data has signed a secret-keeping agreement.
4. Trusted Partners
We only use very safe and reliable servers (like AWS or DigitalOcean) to help run the service.
3. Special Rights
We will help you if your customers ask about their data (this is part of the GDPR rules). If you stop being a customer, we delete all your temporary check data immediately.
